Our community is incredibly lucky to have wonderful amenities and the more members that join or donate allows LCPOA to properly maintain and improve our facilities each year. Also, your dues go toward our community events held throughout the year. These are great ways to get to know your neighbors!
As a friendly reminder, LCPOA Board meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at Fullness in Christ Church located at 8895 Random Rd. Meetings start @ 7:00 p.m. All are welcome.
Note: For your safety and security purposes, our walk-thru gate locks are changed yearly. A key is included in your membership at no charge upon request. Your key will be delivered within 5-7 business days once your membership application has been processed. This key provides access to the Waterfront Park Pavilion Area and Tennis/Basketball Courts. For any boat launch permit request, plan on 7 to 10 days for processing excluding mailing via US Postal Service.
