Welcome to Deed Restrictions

The Deed Restrictions Committee is responsible and has the right to enforce the restrictions in Lake Country Estates & Lake Country Secret Harbor. You may request a copy of the restrictions for your lot by requesting an official copy from the Tarrant County Clerks Office.

All property owners are required to submit construction plans for approval before commencing any construction.

LCPOA is a non-mandatory membership organization. All of the residents in Lake Country Estates and Secret Harbor are bound to the deed restrictions which run with the land regardless of membership status in the organization. Property owners must abide by both the City and Lake Country rules.
