If desired, you may provide a brief description of your project and/or what you with to accomplish. This may assist us in our review and/or help us to respond to any questions that may arise.
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS (ATTACHED TO YOUR PROPERTY)
1. The modification is not used for anything other than a single family residence.
2. The work of construction shall be prosecuted diligently until completion.
3. The modification on any plot shall present a good frontage to the street(s).
4. There must be 20 feet between approaches.
5. For circle driveways, an open landscaping space is required between the street and the drive.
6. The modified and/or new driveway will be concrete (asphalt will not be approved).
7. Should the modified and/or new driveway be utilized for boat, boat trailer, trailer, RV camper, or any vehicle other than an automobile, it will not be visible from the street (as this will be a LCPOA Deed Restriction Violation. Reminder: Motorhomes are not allowed under any circumstances).
Required Documents (The application will not be processed without the following documents)
1. Images of your main dwelling and any other existing structures will be provided.
2. A survey of your property will be provided that accurately shows to scale the footprint of your dwelling with proposed modification and the location of any setback requirements (#5 from above).
3. A copy of the City permit will be provided (including drawings and supporting specifications). This is required for any modified and/or additional driveway that comes in contact with the curb.
4. A completed LCPOA fencing plan will be provided if any existing fencing is modified in any way and/or new fencing is added.
