CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS (ATTACHED TO YOUR PROPERTY)
1. The modification is not used for anything other than a single family residence.
2. The work of construction shall be prosecuted diligently until completion.
Required Documents (The application will not be processed without the following documents)
1. An accurate fully-dimensioned to scale drawing with all views of the modification will be provided.
2. Images depicting the style of the completed design.
3. A survey of your property will be provided that accurately shows to scale the footprint of your dwelling with proposed pool plan (including fencing) and the location of any setback requirements.
4. A copy of the City permit will be provided (including drawings and supporting specifications).
5. A completed LCPOA fencing plan will be provided if any existing fencing is modified in any way and/or new fencing is added.
