LCPOA Deed Restrictions Committee enacted the use of standardized forms to ensure efficiency for both the home owner and the committee when going through the review and approval process. Currently there are forms for Outbuildings, Fences & Gates and Exterior Painting. All other requests must go through the standard process for review by emailing details of the request to buildingrequests@elcpoa.org. To use one of the following forms, please print the form, fill out as fully as possible and take a picture or scan and email to buildingrequests@elcpoa.org.
